I'm loving all the variety in my grow-outs from this season from my two projects: Mille Fleur Satins and Silkies & Easter Egger Silkies & Satins. They've got so many pretty colors and silly personalities. The group in the picture of 5 are the Easter Eggers all hatched out of green & blue eggs. The group of two & single pictures are the mille fluer satin & confetti split silkie.

Thanks to Laurie at LaLa’s Farm for these cutie partridge & buff silkie chicks that hatched yesterday from our Mother's Day egg swap. I love them already. I'm looking forward to seeing how they grow out and using them in my Easter Egger silkie and satin project.

Today's been exciting:

1. Chicks hatched. 5 High Crested Pencilled Easter Egger Satins & 2 Mille Fleur Satin chicks available.

2. There was a rat snake in one of the nesting boxes

3. A little possum got caught in the predator cage
