In honor of the final episode of Ted Lasso I decided to make some bangers & mash.

Gravy:
2 large yellow onions
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 c beef broth
season to taste: salt, pepper, dried parsley

Chicken pot pie pasta is the perfect cozy fall meal.

Ingredients:
3 -4 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces wide egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 medium onion diced
2-3 celery stalks diced
2-3carrots peeled and diced
4 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried sage
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
grated Parmesan cheese chopped fresh parsley for garnish

I might be the last person to try the viral diary spaghetti but it's ok. Im just glad that I finally made it. It's so good & spicy.

ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 yellow onion
1/2 green bellpepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2-3 stalks of celery
3-4 minced garlic cloves
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
1-2 tbsp Worschishire sauce
1/4 c flour
4.5 c beef broth
Green onions
