Introducing our Mother’s Day limited flavor 💐

I created a box featuring our classic favorite with a strawberry vanilla bean kouign-amann laminated with vanilla bean sugar, filled with a punchy vanilla bean strawberry center and topped with an infused strawberry syrup.
Perfectly balanced and not too sweet✨

You don't want to miss it! Preorders open Monday at 5 PM

Pick-up will be saturday 05/09 at the Northwest Austin location and sunday 05/10 at (Austin location) where I'll be doing my second pop-up! 🩷

Hi everyone !
I am so excited to tell you that I will be doing my first pop-up this saturday 04/18 at (Annie st. Location)

From 2 PM to 5 PM.

No sunday pickup exceptionnally this weekend.

Pre-orders open today at 5 pm but walk-ins will be available on a first come first served basis for those that are not able to pre-order.

I recommend coming in early because quantities are limited! I want to make enough for everyone that comes in so please let me know if you'll be there in this poll, vote here ⬇️ thank you so much for your support 💛

I get asked often what a Kouign-Amann is, how to pronounce it, and what makes it so special… so I thought I’d make this post to explain it 💛

When I first tried it in Austin,
it didn’t taste like home.
I missed that deep buttery flavor,
that melt-in-your-mouth texture from Bretagne.

So I decided to bring the real deal here 💛

I started working and studying in pastry at 15…
Almost 15 years later, I’m still doing what I love, what I do makes me happy and making y'all happy with my pastries is all that matters.
I’m so proud of where I come from,
and being able to share a piece of Bretagne with y'all means everything !
I would have never imagined, when I started,
that I’d be building a business selling kouign-amann in Texas… still unbelievable to me!
