King never fails to impress. Every time Eden puts the halter on him he continues to get better. When we started this show season I knew that he had potential. I never could have imagined that he would take us all over the country and prove that he deserved to be in every ring that he stepped into. This moderate framed bull has went toe to toe with the big boys all summer and pound for pound he impressed the judges and spectators alike. This weekend was more of the same. Eden took King to the American Royal in Kansas City where breeders from all over the country come to show off their cattle. When the dust settled she came home with a Reserve Grand Champion Angus Bull banner. We couldn't be more proud of the accomplishments that Eden acquired this year. She has put in countless hours washing and rinsing and blowing. We could not have done this by ourselves. We have had tremendous help from two families (you know who you are and thank you so much) who have treated Eden and King like there own. They have sacrificed their time and abilities to make sure that King was always at his best. He was always picture perfect because of you. I say all that to say this. The ride is just beginning. As soon as the show was over we had breeders asking about semen sales.
