After a long day of cooking and a very short day of serving, And I had a helluva day, Sidney absolutely killed it as the face of the company, all around amazing day! First cook out and we sold out, multiple briskets and pork butts, 60+ chicken quarters, and we learned so much on the next cook. Thank you Kirk and your old grumpy ass for being an amazing friend and “co worker” and thank you for helping me and Sidney excel in what we’ve dreamed on for years.

Man I miss in bako! Had to stop for their taco Tuesday deal to bring back to AZ, and they got me all setup with a cold bag and some ice to get home! If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!!
