Fresh Homegrown Peaches!
Available in the farmstore
(Clingstone)

They were so ripe, we harvested the whole tree!
Only a small amount were firsts, so they will go quickly!
No holds.😊

Just a note about our peaches: part of the natural/organic program we use for our peaches includes applying Kaolin Clay to repel bugs and pests. Kaolin Clay creates a white nontoxic film on the fruit, which explains the white speckles you might find on our peaches. This film can easily be washed off with water.

Garlic Scapes!

If you love garlic, then you’ve got to try garlic scapes. Garlic scapes are the long green shoots that grow from the garlic bulb, and they are an amazing way to add garlicky flavor to your favorite dishes. They’re a bit milder than garlic cloves, which make them the perfect base for pestos, an addition to quiches, or even eaten straight up sauteed with a little salt.

Garlic scapes can be eaten raw or cooked up and added to a variety of dishes. Wash the garlic scapes, and trim the end and the bud.
