I’ve been waiting so patiently for my tomatoes to ripen so I can make a rustic garden focaccia… As soon as those tomatoes are ready, they’ll be headed straight from the garden to the kitchen for a small batch of rustic focaccia. Fresh tomatoes, garden herbs, olive oil, flaky salt, and slow-fermented dough. Nothing fancy, just simple ingredients doing what they do best. 🍅🪴🧄 Are you ready for focaccia season?
