Calling all local artists!

The Best In View Gala is about celebrating the people, businesses, organizations, and talent that make our community what it is, and this year, we would love to showcase even more of that creativity throughout the evening.

We are inviting local artists to display their work at the 2026 Best In View Gala. Whether you paint, draw, photograph, sculpt, create mixed media, or work in another visual art form, we would love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to have your work seen by hundreds of local business owners, community leaders, entrepreneurs, city officials, and residents while being part of one of our community’s biggest nights of celebration.

Although we have had to cancel our upick for tomorrow, Blue Basket Farms will have their blueberry and flower u pick available for one more week!

🫐We are officially a week left in our u-pick season we still have PLENTY of blueberries. I think the record for a family yesterday was 17lbs! We have two SALES going on today! Upick blueberries for $4/lb and all u-cut flowers are $0.75/bloom! 🌻

A Little TLC for the Farm! 🚜💨**

With all of the much needed rain, the farm is a bit too soggy for visitors. We are canceling the upick and pausing public access on the farm for the summer. We are taking this opportunity to do a complete reset and officially putting on our “hard hats” while the tractor and crew do their magic giving it a well-deserved makeover!

Don’t worry, though—you don’t have to miss out on your fresh favorites! We are still harvesting and we are so excited to see everyone this weekend at Palafox Market and our other regular local markets. Come say hi, grab your favorite flowers and check in on our progress!
