Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla in the skillet for 30 seconds on each side, just enough to soften them.
Brush the top of each tortilla with melted butter, then spoon the cheesy chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired), and serve immediately.
Enjoy your Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps!

Air fryer baby back ribs are a crowd-pleasing dish that's perfect
Here's a recipe you can share with your group members:
Ingredients:
1 rack of baby back ribs (approximately 2.5 to 3 pounds)
1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue rub or seasoning
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. To do this, slide a butter knife or your fingers under the membrane at one end of the rack and gently pull it off. This step is important for tender ribs.
Trim any excess fat from the ribs, if desired.
Season the Ribs:
Rub the ribs all over with your favorite barbecue rub or seasoning. Be generous with the seasoning, as it will add flavor to the ribs.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 5 minutes.
Air Fry the Ribs:
Brush the air fryer basket with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket, bone side down.
Cook the ribs at 300°F (150°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Apply the Barbecue Sauce:
After the initial cooking time, carefully remove the ribs from the air fryer.
Brush a generous amount of your favorite barbecue sauce over both sides of the ribs.
Return to the Air Fryer:
Place the sauced ribs back in the air fryer basket.
Increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C).
Finish Cooking:
Air fry the ribs at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and the sauce is sticky.
Rest and Serve:
Once the ribs are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice the ribs between the bones to separate them.
Share with Your Facebook Group:
Take some appetizing photos of the air-fried baby back ribs and share them in your Facebook group, along with the recipe and your personal tips for perfect ribs.

Golden Crispy Chicken with Parmesan Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)
For the Parmesan Mushroom Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 lb mushrooms, sliced (cremini, white, or a mix)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation:
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat in the panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil, then place in the oven to keep warm while you prepare the sauce.
Make the Parmesan Mushroom Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms release their moisture and turn golden brown.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Plate the crispy chicken breasts and generously spoon the creamy Parmesan mushroom sauce over the top.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Enjoy! This Golden Crispy Chicken with Parmesan Mushroom Sauce is a decadent, flavorful dish with a perfect balance of crispy chicken and rich, creamy sauce. It pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables.

🍍 Baked Pineapple Salmon
A vibrant, 30-minute meal that brings a taste of the Pacific Rim to your dinner table.
Ingredients
The Salmon:
Salmon Fillets: 4 fillets (approx. 6 oz each), wild-caught or Atlantic.
Pineapple: 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned slices, drained).
The Pineapple Glaze:
Pineapple Puree: ½ cup (freshly blended or crushed).
Soy Sauce: 3 tbsp (low-sodium preferred).
Honey: 2 tbsp.
Garlic: 1 clove, minced.
Fresh Ginger: 1 tsp, grated.
Black Pepper: ½ tsp.
Optional Heat: ½ tsp red pepper flakes or sriracha.
For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro, chopped.
Sesame seeds (optional).
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about an inch of space between each fillet.
3. Whisk the Glaze
In a small mixing bowl, combine the pineapple puree, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Pro Tip: If your pineapple is very tart, add an extra teaspoon of honey; if it’s very sweet, add a squeeze of lime juice.
4. Marinate (Optional but Recommended)
Brush a generous layer of the glaze over the salmon. For the best flavor, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before baking.
5. Bake to Perfection
Top each fillet with a few pineapple chunks or a whole slice. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on thickness).
For a caramelized finish: Switch the oven to "Broil" for the last 2 minutes of cooking until the glaze bubbles and turns golden brown.
6. Serve
The salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F or flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
Perfect Pairings
To make this a complete "celebration" meal, try serving it with:
Coconut Rice: Rice cooked with coconut milk and a pinch of salt.
Roasted Asparagus: Tossed in lemon juice and olive oil.
Cucumber-Avocado Salad: A cool, refreshing contrast to the warm, sweet glaze.
Storage & Reheating
Store: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat: Avoid the microwave to prevent the fish from becoming rubbery. Instead, place it in a 275°F (135°C) oven for about 15 minutes until just warmed through.
