EDIBLE ICE CREAM BOWL 🔥 Vegan, Oil Free & Maximum Weight Loss!!
🎥:

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
1 cup water
3 medjool dates
Pinch salt

Chocolate ice cream:
3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup butter beans
1 cup frozen cauliflower (I ran out!)
1 tbsp cacao powder
Splash of plant milk

1. Soak quinoa in boiling water for 20mins. Drain and blend with water, dates and salt until smooth. add 1/4 cup of the mix to a non stick pan and spread out to make a wrap.
2. Place wrap over small ramekins and place in the oven at 180 Celsius to crisp up for 10mins - watch they don’t burn!
3. Blend up ice cream ingredients until smooth. Add to edible bowl and top with low fat peanut butter 👌

✨Banana “Snickers”✨

This snack is soooo easy to make that I hesitate even calling it a “recipe”, but it is one of the most delicious & healthy treats that you can make in just five minutes🤤🫶

✨Ingredients
1-2 bananas
creamy natural peanut butter
chopped peanuts
melted dark chocolate

✨Directions
Cut the banana in half, then slice each half in two and peel off the banana peel.

Spread creamy peanut butter on top of each banana slice, top with peanuts, and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, or enjoy right away! (I also topped mine with flakey salt).
