There's nothing quite like the sound of rain on a metal roof!

No complaints here on this rainy day...our garden is getting some very much needed rain. It doesn't matter how often you supplement with the hose....legit rain perks up the garden like nothing else.

This week looks promising for getting the boost it needs. We might have some produce before September afterall. 😆

It's an absolutely gorgeous, cool morning on the farm. The fog is lifting and the "adolescent" goslings are out and about with their sets of parents this morning, as well as wood ducks (family of 10), and deer off in the field. The fawns have started making their appearance over the last few days.

I can't very well blame him for the ridiculously late start of our garden this year.

This is likely the latest I've ever started the garden and I can't remember it being quite so dry. Hopefully we get some rain soon..we sure need it.

Hello friends...and hopefully a few new friends as well! Welcome to our farm. I promise not to clutter up your feed with a lot of nonsense (although, we frequently have an abundance of nonsense here). I mainly want to be able to have an outlet to convey when we have products to sell or to pass along to others, or if we have anything going on here. Our farm is always a work in progress and we have some interesting things hopefully to come.
