Message of the Day from The Blockurant

Remember, food is more than what you feed your body. It’s also what you feed your mind, your heart, and your soul.

The words you speak are food. The thoughts you think are food. The people you surround yourself with are food. The content you consume is food.

Choose nourishment that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter, happier, and more at peace—not just on your plate, but in every part of your life.

It was ladies day in South Baltimore today. The queen herself Ms. Tonya pulled up on Ms. Helen .410. Fun fact…I’m blessed to work with Ms. Helen on the food truck as well…I got to get my girl time in somewhere why not with a legend?!

What a great way to start the day with meeting Miss Tanya

We have nothing but respect for the OGs who paved the way. 🖤 She is an absolute Baltimore food pioneer. She’s been out here doing the damn thing, feeding the community, putting love on plates, serving that real soul food and standing strong in her craft for YEARS.

Real Chefs recognize real Chefs… and she is definitely a real one. Baltimore food culture wouldn’t be what it is without women like her. 🙌🏾✨We look forward to connecting again!
