This is as organic as tillage gets! The chickens usually aren’t allowed up in my garden beds since they rip up plants. Well I figured I would let them do some work for me by breaking the clumps up more! Gotta use what you have even if it is a chicken!

It’s asparagus season! So glad we planted 13 crowns a few years ago. I’m hoping to try to pickle some too. Throw some pickled asparagus recipes in the comments if you have any!

The girls and I both agree on this! It’s too cold! 🥶 Plus the eggs tend to freeze & crack faster than we can get out there to gather them!
