After owning three Chambers stoves, I can confidently say they live up to the hype. However, here are a few insights: they produce a significant amount of heat, which is fantastic for winter but less so for the hot Texas summers. We’re in the process of installing a vent hood, which I highly recommend for any vintage or gas stove. This will help direct heat outside through the chimney.

As for the oven size, yes, it is smaller compared to modern stoves with their expansive ovens. But do we really use all that space in those larger ovens? Personally, I’d rather have multiple smaller ovens than one oversized one. We're also planning to install a wall oven to provide extra cooking space for holidays.
