My Sourdough starter June, has been a bit neglected lately. It’s finally not over 100° so it now doesn’t feel like a crime to bake bread.

June needed a little pick me up. Since I wanted to make bread fast for dinner I fed June. Which would have worked just fine over night. But since I wanted bread now I threw in some instant yeast to speed up the process.
