Today at the Watauga County Farmers Market!

Big news for tomorrow! 🎇🇺🇸🎇

Local Roots WNC will be making their debut appearance at the Watauga County Farmers Market for a 4th Fiesta Feast!

As many of you know, we are also the guys who put the Poncho and Jefe in Poncho y Jefe!

So, come check out the new digs and the new eats, and get your tamale on, too!

The Menu:

Beech Mountain Short Rib Sandwich 
~ slow-braised Old Beech Mountain short rib, crowned with a fresh strawberry slaw for a sweet creamy finish

Served on a fresh brioche bun

Watermelon Salad
~ watermelon, goat cheese, cilantro, pickled onions, toasted almonds, lemon, and extra-virgin olive oil

Finished with a homemade citrus-honey reduction
