Today's deep thought!!!! There is a saying…

A shark in a fish tank will only grow 8 inches, but in the ocean, it will grow to 8 feet or more. 🦈 🌊

A shark will NEVER outgrow it’s environment. The same is true about you.

If you hang around small-minded people, you’ll be like the shark in the fish tank. Filled with mad potential, cut short by its environment.

The only difference is this: the shark had no choice in the choosing of environment. You DO. Change your environment and watch your growth. 😏

My dad told me I would become the average of the 5 people I spend the MOST time with. I think that's true. Choose wisely!

‼️ALL SHAKES ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL‼️

Our Lifestyle Mix is NOT your typical protein shake! It’s loaded with everything your body NEEDS to FUNCTION properly! 🙌🏻

This is NUTRITION! The best on the market for your overall GUT HEALTH.

•Thrive Lifestyle Mix is a Protein Blend, but predominantly Pea protein. Pea has the greatest absorption rate out of all the proteins.

•Ours is one of the only mixes on the market to contain Probiotics, Enzymes & Antioxidants 👈🏻 So much more than just protein!

•Many people are trained to ONLY look at the Protein amount on labels. More Protein doesn't mean anything if your body is not absorbing it.

•Le-Vel uses the highest grade of Nutraceutical Raws in each product. Again, the absorption rate is a huge priority and a huge reason for all the "happy Thriver" 😃testimonials.

•Also the Ultra Micronized process used makes it easy to mix and easy to digest!

When I started 9 years ago, we ONLY had VANILLA!

Now, check out all these flavors! We have SOMETHING for EVERYONE! My absolute favorite is Snickerdoodle!!! 😋😋😋

I have this right next to my bed on my nightstand. I take water to bed with me. Before I even put my feet on the floor, I do step one!

I’ve done it the same way every year, probably because that’s the way my parents did it. Top to bottom…

How do you start putting the lights on your Christmas tree? Do you start at the top and work your way down or do you start at the bottom and work your way up?

Happy Monday folks! What are you adding to your collection today?

🚫 never scrub another pot or baking pan

🚫 never line another baking tray with expensive parchment or aluminum foil

🚫 never again wait for a ceramic or glass casserole dish to thaw before you reheat

🚫 never wait 15min for pasta water to boil again

🚫 Never wait an hour for your whole chicken to roast again

Using silicone makes cooking and reheating fast and easy! As a full-time coach with a super busy practice, I am grateful for "fast and easy". Whether I am cooking in the oven or microwave, I reach for silicone first, every single time.
