I have had a couple people tell me that the honey they have is turning to sugar and I just want to say a thing or two about that. It’s not bad don’t throw it away put it in hot water or in a car dashboard on a sunny day and it will turn back. Do not microwave! It will kill the stuff that’s good for you. And remember that corn syrup does not turn to sugar but pure raw u honey sometimes will depending on what the nectar comes from. Some things have a higher sugar content than others.
