Core Meals was supposed to be a little side hustle. 😂

I love food. I love fitness. And after years of tracking macros & creating versions of the foods I actually wanted to eat, I thought...why not make them for other people too?

And then y'all kept ordering...more, and more, and MORE! 🙏🙏😂💚

So the vision has gotten a little bigger.

We're still a small local business. I'm still in the kitchen every week making your meals. We're still learning, tweaking recipes & figuring things out as we go, but I'm building Core with some pretty big goals in mind. 👀

For now, we're making really freaking good food right here in Bardstown.

Someday? We'll see how far we can take it. 💚

Within an hour of pickup yesterday, I had already gotten messages about the Pumpkin Toffee Cheesecake AND Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta.

After the absolute chaos that was yesterday, these made my night 🥹💚

49 Cajun Pastas, 20 Pumpkin Toffee Protein Cheesecakes, and 32 Chicken Pesto Protein Pizzas went out on the FIRST week on the menu...which is still absolutely insane to me.
