Garden update: mostly in, trees planted and meat birds out of the garage 🙌
Life's been a whirlwind, so I haven't shared much lately. Soon, I'll post a garden walk-through and a look at our meat bird setup.
For now, here's a snapshot from one of our family project afternoon.

We have an abundance of TOMATO PLANTS!

Our garden is bursting with an amazing variety of tomatoes, all thanks to our aunt's incredible gardening skills. We're selling the extras for $3/plant. Interested? Here's what we've got:

Pineapple (7) - sweet, tangy heirloom
Cherokee Purple (8) - large red/purple fruit, sweet and smokey flavor
Sungold Select (7) - delicious cherry sized
Pink Beefsteak (11) - rich in flavor with a beautiful pink skin
Sunrise Bumblebee (12) - sweet golden cherries
Green Zebra (7) - dark green and yellow stripes - amazing in salads
Hungarian Heart (2) - very versatile- good for eating raw, sauces, roasting, canning, etc.
Plum (11) - similar to Roma tomatoes - great for sauces
Big Boy (5) - large, sweet fruit
Sauce Master (11) - the name says it all

Hello! We are the Hampton’s; a husband and wife duo who has started a small farm in Barnum, MN. Currently, our farm hosts eggs laying chickens, Ancona ducks, honey bees, meat chickens, a growing orchard of cherry, apple, plum, and pear trees alongside a fruit and vegetable garden. We hope to expand into a farm-to-table operation offering a variety of produce and goods to those in our community. Join us for some farming fun!
