Well not the day we was hoping for, judges didn't like our turn in today. And that was the same rib run we did last week with a perfect score, but not every judge likes the same thing. Anyways we ended up 12th in chicken and 9th in ribs. Congrats to all that got a call and it was good seeing everyone that was there.

Just wrapping up from Smoked on the Midway. We ended up 14 in chicken and got 1st in ribs with a perfect 180. It was nice to see all the competitors and congrats to all that got a call. We will see alot of you and more next weekend in Lincoln.

The first cook/ competition of the year is in the books. We didn't have the best cook and the judges agreed. We got 35 in chicken and 34 in ribs out of 42. However we ended on a good note with the side dish, t-bone steak, and won it with a perfect score 180. That's our first perfect score and the only one of the competition. Congrats to all that got a call.
