The list for bottle heifers calves is being made. Calves are dairy genetics, not crossed with beef. These calves should start to be available by October 5th, if not sooner. The price is $200.00 per calf. Please message here or text (318)355-1812.

I have had a lot of messages wondering if we will have bottle calves available this year. We will have heifer calves available, a post will be made when the list is open for them. As of this time our bull calves have been spoken for, if anything would change with that, we will be sure to let everyone know. Thanks!

We are excited about our new partnership with Halter, a New Zealand based company which has developed cow collar technology, that acts as virtual fencing and also allows us to see the rumination, grazing and movement activity on each cow. We can also see where any cow is in the field in real time. This technology will help enhance our grass utilization and baleage utilization in the winter allowing each cow to maximize their forage intake if they were the first cow milked or last cow milked.

Ever wonder how we feed our cows baleage, watch the videos below. We use a bale unroller, which allows access to baleage for every cow and spreads nutrients over that acreage. The girls love the fresh baleage!
