We are back! That’s right we will have a very limited amount of pork rinds tomorrow night at Jonesboro. And by limited there is about 30-40 bags i tried splitting it up so it’s gonna be as close to 50/50 regular and bbq. No kettle corn this week but will return next weekend with no pork rinds probably we made an order yesterday for 60 pounds. Also it’s small bags $5 and we will have small packs of nerd clusters for .50 cents. So be sure and grab them while supplies last it’s just a soft reboot just to get it back up and going. I would love to set here and say YES! we will be selling this Friday but sadly we wont be. when the winds decide to stop blowing then we will be ready to get fresh pork rinds made. so keep the fingers crossed that the wind will go some were else and blow for a while........

I hate raising prices it’s something I take pride in offering a reasonable priced products but they have hit me hard this go around so I raised it the bare minimum. If I lose on cotton candy so be it. Just can’t to the hits in the other areas. If priced find themselves dropping I will drop mine as well. Just wanted to let everyone know. Also we should have a limited batch of pork rinds this weekend at Jonesboro Karting Complex we will have regular and bbq only and only pork rinds tell we receive are ordered stock.

Hey everyone I know we have been quiet for a while and just wanted to update everyone. So this weekend is opening weekend at Jonesboro unfortunately we won’t be selling this weekend. We still have everything put up and the weather has been kinda cool so we decided to wait 1 more week before we get everything out of the storage. The plan is to have pork rinds only for next weekend with 2 flavors regular and bbq. We will slowly work are way into the rest along with new flavors as we get them. Sorry for the inconvenience iv been asked by a lot of people when will be making them and well there is the official answer. See y’all this weekend just not with the goods 😁. One last thing as of right now all prices are the same $4 for small $8 for large I did knock .50 cents off the small

Happy new year everyone!! 2026 selling season is right around the corner. and with that comes menu making time so ill be making a post soon with are stuff and are plans. we hope to make this another growing season however we have not been able to inquire a food truck this down season we hope that will come soon but for now we will remain a small but mighty lol so stay tuned for upcoming information and if you want pork rinds we can still make them now any orders over $50 and it wont be cooked when temps fall below 45 degrees outside.

Do to the high chances of rain for Saturday we will only make a limited amount of pork rinds for Jonesboro this weekend. 10 pounds is all we will do. However you can always order through out the year by leaving us a message and we will discuss your order. We have decided to stay open year round not just during racing season. So if we don’t have what you’re looking for I’ll have order sheets at the table if you want to make an order. And thank you to everyone this racing season for your business!!!
