Good morning to all of our friends and family!
First off, we just want to say thank you for supporting B&J Metal Buildings through all these years. Your continued support means more to us than you know. B&J is our baby, and we are absolutely not neglecting it in any way by starting this new adventure together.
CoonAzz Cuizine is something my wife and I are incredibly excited about, and we truly believe itâs going to be something special. Weâve got a lot of exciting things coming, but we also realized we needed to better explain exactly how this business will work.
Last week, we launched our catering menu, and some people were understandably confused, thinking we were already taking orders for weekly prepared meals. At this time, the catering menu is strictly for events such as birthdays, weddings, parties, reunions, and other gatherings.
The frozen meal side of our business will officially launch in June at the Bayou Country Business Expo. Thatâs where everyone will really get a better understanding of how this part of the business will operate.
Once we launch, we will have a pickup location in Central stocked with our frozen meals. Youâll be able to stop by and grab meals for the week â or even just for the day â however youâd like to do it. Bring it home, drop it in a pot of boiling water for about 12â15 minutes, and supper is ready!
So for those wanting easy weekly meals without the hassle of cooking every night, you wonât need to place custom orders. The meals will already be prepared and stocked in the freezer â all youâll have to do is stop by the pickup location and choose what you want.
We apologize for not being more clear and transparent about where we are in the process, but we hope this helps explain things a little better.
