Tuttle Farm-ish

Mushrooms are popping up ALL over our backyard 🍄 and as an overthinker with little kids, I’m freaking out and sending every one I find straight back to the woods 😂

Anyone know if any of these are safe for chickens? 🐔

Kids are down for a nap, so I came out to check on my other babies 😂🐔🦃🤎 Fresh water, some snacks, and everyone came running!

One of the BEST parts of having birds… minimizing food waste! 🐔🦃♻️

Kitchen scraps = happy birdies and a delicious evening snack. 😂❤️

Now we’re just patiently waiting for them to return the favor and start giving us some eggs… 🫣🥚😂

Happy birds, full bellies, less waste. 🌽🥬🍉

The birdies got an upgrade! 🐔🦃❤️

We moved their setup to its permanent spot a little farther from the house because… well, these cuties STINK. 😂

They’re loving the new setup with plenty of room to roam, branches to climb on, and lots of shade to stay cool during these HOT summer days! ☀️🌳

And this is just the beginning — a wooden chicken coop will be built here soon! 🏡🐓

Little by little, our Farm-ish is coming together! ❤️🌾

Fresh air and a little snack time for the birdies. 🐔🦃🌿

And the minis are out enjoying it too! 🥹🐥 They’re getting braver, exploring more, and loving their outdoor time.

Just a happy little farm-ish morning. 🤎

Mini chicken appreciation post because LOOK AT THESE CUTIES! 🥹🐥❤️

Tiny bodies, tiny feet, fluffy little personalities… and somehow they have just as much attitude as the big birds. 😂

Our little minis are growing up way too fast, but they’re still absolutely adorable. I seriously can’t get enough of them! 🐔🤏❤️

Stay cool & hydrated, everyone! ☀️💦

The birdies are doing their best to beat the heat too — plenty of fresh water, shade, and taking it easy today. 🐔🦃❤️

🥚 Fresh farm eggs available! 🥚

While we’re patiently waiting for our own flock to grow up and start laying, my sister-in-law shares some fresh eggs with us from time to time, and she has extra to sell! ❤️

If you’d like fresh farm eggs on your table, send me a message.

📍 Pickup: Verona, Battle Creek

Nothing beats fresh eggs straight from the coop! 🐔🥚🌿

My husband woke up after his night shift, so I took the opportunity to let R***r out and spend some quiet time with the birdies. ❤️🐓🦃

As much as I love my two little humans, it’s so nice to switch from kids to animals once in a while. Sitting here, watching them explore, building trust, and just slowing down for a few minutes is exactly the little reset I need.

Life is busy and these quiet moments are my favorite part of the day. 🌿💕
