😮‍💨 when you work hard after a full day of working hard to get dough ready for Oktoberfest, realize you overslept and over proofed your dough.....you cry a lot on the inside. Then you clean up your mess, wash your dishes, re feed your starter and try again the next evening.

In our family we put 110% in everything we do. We don't have it in us to quit. We put one foot in front of the other and keep on going.
