Dad! A title that Pat has excelled at since day one. He was a stay at home dad for the first 6 years of our kids lives and continues to show up for them everyday! He spent Father's Day building an airplane teeter totter and what a blast its been! We hope all the dads, caregivers and father figures out there had a great Father's Day! You're doing the best work 💚

Happy Memorial Day to everyone. This year I’ve come to realize that patriotism, the flag, and America itself don’t belong to any one party — they belong to us, the people.

So many have fought and lost their lives protecting the freedoms we often take for granted: the music we enjoy, the jobs we pursue, the friendships we choose, and the bigger freedoms too — like voting, speaking our opinions publicly, and living life according to our own values.

I know there’s a lot of passion and division coming from every direction right now, but this Memorial Day I choose to honor those sacrifices by focusing on raising our babies to love themselves and love others just the same.

Humanity is one, and America is great. Thank you to those who served and their families.
