THINGS WE’VE LEARNED AFTER 1 MONTH OF BLACKSHEEP 3.0:

GETTING PEOPLE TO SHOW UP ON TIME IS STILL A BIG DIFFICULTY.

Folks are often showing up 5-15 minutes EARLY for their reservation times.

We know your mom taught you that to be early is to be on time, but we use those precious minutes to clear tables, wash dishes and give every guest their fully allotted time.

*No need to be militant down to the second, just please don’t arrive more than 5 mins early (or late).

BAR SEATS ARE STILL ON HOLD.

We try to do everything with preparedness and intentionality.

Right now, we are the getting back in our dinner mode and making sure our reservation tables flow smoothly.

8:30 IS TOOOOO LATE FOR BEAUFORT!

We’re going to modify our reservation times to accommodate more early dining.

EVERYONE IS VERY EXCITED ABOUT DINNER.

And so are we.
