Everything is and probably always will be a work in progress, but I got the first of two 275 gallon rain collection tank set up as well as four of the 12 raised garden beds in place today.

Hopefully the beds will be filled and have carrots, radishes, beets, and cabbage planted in them by this time next weekend.

Only found 1 egg this morning, but the radishes are starting to sprout.

Found these baby doves in a nest in the gravel while pulling w**ds and picking green peppers yesterday at the Foodbank's urban Garden.

Gonna let it settle for about a week, fill in a few low spots & re compact it, but the greenhouse foundation is about 95% done.

7hrs-8hrs of work saved me $1,000 over hiring someone else to do it.

We got the foundation leveled and the w**d barrier laid down yesterday, hopefully we'll get the gravel in this weekend, and start construction on the greenhouse in a week or two.

Wasn't really my plan for yesterday, but I got the small pond cleaned out.

Spent a few hours this week transplanting lettuce seedlings in a hydroponic greenhouse.

Hydroponic gardens are very interesting to me, but probably not something we will do in our greenhouse, at least not for the first few years.

Harvest more lavender to dry yesterday.

Not really sure what we are going to do with it, but we now have almost 2 full 32oz jars.

This weekend we dried and stored mullein, mint and lavender & my wife made her 1st attempt at homemade soap.
