💛 A little apology… and a whole lot of gratitude. 💛

If you’ve been wondering where we’ve been, we’ve been a little MIA from the Bedford VA Farmers Market and social media throughout July. This past month brought several wonderful life celebrations, a family vacation, and precious time spent with the people we love during a slower season of life.

While I truly regret missing opportunities to connect with our amazing customers and fellow market friends, I don’t regret taking the time to be present with my family. My children are growing faster than I’d like, and I want to soak up as much time with them as I possibly can. These moments are ones I know I’ll never get back. 🤍

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we stepped away to enjoy this special season. We’re excited to reconnect, get back into the swing of things, and share more of what we’ve been working on! I'll be celebrating my little sister in her ✨BRIDE ERA✨ this weekend and am so looking forward to seeing you again AUGUST 8th!

We won’t be at the farmers market this Saturday, July 11th, but The Well in Bedford is fully stocked and ready for you to find all the things you need during their “Second Saturdays” sale! Hurry up tho…three of the detox face soaps were gone before I was even able to finish restocking!

One of the most commonly asked questions when I’m selling my and lotions at Bedford VA Farmers Market or other vendor events is: “do you milk your own goats?” and for a while I thought the answer was obvious. To me, the goat milk isn’t just part of the soap, it’s IS the soap. It’s the ingredient that requires the most amount of care, the most amount of prep work, and the most amount of love and attention. Learning to nurture and care for the goats came first, and the soap was a fun, creative way to use the bounty of my hard work. There are hundreds of hours of work poured into these products before the first drop of milk even hits the milk pail and even a few more before the milk is made into soap. Along with the lard from our pasture raised pigs, our soap is a true testament to the hard work and care that goes into value added farm products. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I enjoy creating them for you. ❤️

We’ll also have pasture raised ground sausage, 4oz Brats (garlic, Italian and sweet Italian), smoked hams and ground beef!!

Tomorrow also starts the healthy kids bucks program which provides $10 in kids bucks to any child to spend on produce and seed starters! 🌱
