Sorry we havent posted in awhile. We knew that hard freeze after bloom was going to hurt us, we got a good look today since most of the leaves are off the trees. Winesaps and Staymans went unscathed, the rest took a hard hit.
We did find some empires and red delicious to pick today. We did pick one tree of stayman to sample. They are real close to being ripe.
We will have some apples at the Bedford VA Farmers Market tomorrow from 8 -12.
