Blackberry Prosecco Mojito- It’s the homemade blackberry simple syrup that makes this drink a standout this Summer.

Ingredients available Fast Lane Liquor:
Blackberry Syrup
1 cup blackberries
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
Blackberry Prosecco Mojitos
¼ cup blackberries
3 oz blackberry syrup
juice from one lime
10 mint leaves
4 ox light rum
ice cubes
VOVETI prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small saucepan add the blackberries, sugar, and water. Heat on medium high and mash well. Heat until the mixture is thicker. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill.
In a cocktail shaker, add the blackberries, blackberry syrup, limes, and mint leaves. Muddle well, then all the rum and a few ice cubes. Shake well to combined.
Strain the mixture into your glasses, then top with VOVETI prosecco.

Bourbon-Peach Iced Tea- 10 serves. Perfect Summer Cocktail!

Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor
2 cups chopped fresh peaches (from 2 ripe peaches)
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
8 black tea bags
1 cup (8 oz.) bourbon
Ice
Peach slices, for garnish

Directions:

Bring chopped peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly; process in a blender 30 seconds. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a 1-gallon container. Bring 3 cups water to a boil over high heat in a saucepan. Add tea bags, and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cover; steep 10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir the tea, bourbon, and 6 cups cold water into peach mixture. Serve in highball glasses over ice, and garnish with peach slices.

Pink Mother’s Day Strawberry Sangria (serves 20).
This Pink Mother’s Day Strawberry Sangria is the perfect festive cocktail for spring gatherings. Made with white wine, fresh strawberry puree, pineapple juice, orange juice, and topped with sparkling Prosecco or sparkling water, this drink is light, fruity, and incredibly refreshing.
Ingredients available at
Sangria base:
4 bottles Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc (750 ml each)
3 cups fresh strawberry puree (about 3 cups strawberries blended) OR Strawberry Puree Syrup
3 cups pineapple juice
3 cups orange juice
fresh fruit

3 cups sliced strawberries
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 oranges, thinly sliced
2 cups pineapple chunks
for the bubbles (add before serving)

1 bottle Prosecco
OR
3–4 cups sparkling water
optional garnish (highly recommended)

Fresh mint leaves
Extra strawberry slices
Lemon wheels
instructions

1. Make the strawberry puree
Add fresh strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth. This creates the beautiful pink color and intense strawberry flavor.

2. Mix the sangria base In a large drink dispenser or punch bowl, combine:
White wine
Strawberry puree
Pineapple juice
Orange juice
Stir well until fully combined.

3. Add the fresh fruit
Strawberry slices
Lemon slices
Orange slices
Pineapple chunks

4. Chill the sangria
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.

5. Add the sparkling finish
Right before serving, stir in:
1 bottle Prosecco for a festive bubbly cocktail
OR
3–4 cups sparkling water for a lighter sangria

6. Serve
Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with:
Strawberry slices
Lemon wedges
Mint leaves

Happy Cinco de Mayo!! Here is a new cocktail to celebrate Cinco:
Charrita Margarita - Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 ounces Don Roberto añejo tequila
3/4 ounce orange liqueur
1 1/4 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce agave nectar
1/2 ounce water
Garnish: lime wheel

Steps:
Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt.
Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Blackberry Bourbon Smash- A must try!
Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor
1.5 ounces Michter’s Bourbon
0.5 ounces Gum Syrup
4 or 5 blackberries
¾ ounces fresh lemon juice
Sprig of mint
Steps:
Muddle fresh blackberries and raspberries.
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Collins glass.
Add crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosty.
Scoop muddled berries on top and enjoy.

Paddock Paloma- Created by the official tequila of the Kentucky Derby, Tequila Herradura, and Q MIXERS, the Paddock Paloma is a bright remix of the beloved Paloma cocktail. Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor.
1 part Herradura Reposado
2 parts Q SPARKLING GRAPEFRUIT
