e catering business for over 20 years and has quite the following. Valerie has been canning & making jams since she was 6 years old. Her Grandmother taught her how to bake, can, and cook from scratch. She is very passionate & proud of her heritage. She is very finicky about the products she uses, and she will only use the best quality and support local farmers when available. Her jams are made from the highest quality of fruit & berries, sugar & pectin. There are not any chemicals in or involved in the process so you are assured to taste nothing but the best. Valerie has started making her own extracts as well. She uses the highest grade of alcohol, organic lemons & organic grade A vanilla beans. The Bourbon BBQ sauce she makes is with a popular brand of bourbon and other ingredients that are nothing but the best quality. She prides herself knowing that she would not sell anything she and her family would not eat.
