Happy Independence Weekend! Last night's light show was amazing! Did anyone catch pictures of nature's light show on Friday night? Share your favorite picture here with us! This is mine.

On that note, I'm using notes from nature to create Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry and Lavender Syrups! Not quite a red, white and blue... but they will get the job done! Which one can I bottle up and bring to you?

Motivational Monday!

Where do you need motivation?! Mine is getting in my protein every day. Coffee helps me, actually! In my glass that you see here, I have this week's syrup: Amaretto (YUMMM) with espresso, collagen powder, and my protein powder (I use Isopure-but there's TONS of options) and topped with Fit Milk for that extra boost of protein. I don't have the price off the top of my head- but it's cheaper than ordering at a coffee stand somewhere and it's protein packed so it's cheaper than a traditional meal! For me, that is a win! 😍

Spent my week working on my cottage license (am going into this responsibly) and it's a bit more entailed than I originally anticipated! Then, when I thought I had enough put together to head to the health department, I was struck with some awful pain that sent me to 2 different doctors and ALMOST the emergency room!

I'm still healing up, but had the energy to make a batch of Amaretto Syrup. Amaretto is more of an illusive flavor than I never could seem to find on a shelf anywhere, but the depth of flavor it can have is both a nice reprieve from the ordinary!

What flavors are you hoping to see and/or order from me when I am officially up and running?
