Stop out to Grass River for a tour and grab a Dawg and Lemonade!!!! Saturday the 12th

You are all cordially invited to join us as we celebrate the Grand (re)Opening of Michigan's longest ADA-Accessible Boardwalk.

The Grass River Natural Area is one of the "hidden gems" of Antrim County, and our Boardwalk is a highlight - a gem within a gem, if you like. We have recently finished the reconstruction project and all loops are now open.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Sept. 11, we are inviting everyone to come explore the boardwalks for themselves on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Dinger’s Dawgs will be on-site selling hot dogs, chili dogs and fresh lemonade.

Visitors are invited to explore the boardwalks and "find" as many of the cool, fun, interactive stations along the way as they can. Everyone who finds at least 5 will receive a limited edition "I Explored the Boardwalk at GRNA" sticker for their car or water bottle, and those who find at least 10 - will get a free hot dog & chips!

Stations will include live music, a guest artist painting landscapes on site, and a children's storybook reading post in partnership with the Northwest Early Childhood Network. Each child who stops to enjoy a story will receive a copy of the book and a bag from PoWeR! Book Bags.

There will also be a fun passport stamp activity for younger boardwalk explorers, and the chance to win one of the pieces of art created onsite.

This event will take place, RAIN or SHINE, so mark your calendars now! Grass River Natural area IS yours to explore and yours to protect.

More than 30 spaces of goodies, school supply give away to first 30 kids each day, vendor deals, treats, food trucks, games, door prizes donated by the vendors and fun!

Dinger Dawgs and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade will be there SATURDAY serving 10-4

Late post alert!!!!

Be the FIRST person TONIGHT to say you seen our post and get a FREE lemonade!!!

We will be in Bellaire tonight at music in the streets from 6 to 9 serving.  This is our last time for music in the streets this year And I hear the band is very good.

Saturday we will be at the Alden car show serving 11 to 2.

Also

Saturday from 5 to 8 we will be at Cellar 1914 serving as well. The band I hear is also fabulous!

Another Blessed record breaking day at the Rubber Ducky Festival!!! Sold out of lemonade and one shy of selling out of Dawgs!! Thank you!!!! We are beat!! Even Miss Charlevoix was drinking our lemonade in the parade!!! Someone shared this photo with us🩷it appears those Queens like our lemonade!!
