You’ll see Gray Duck popping up at Pride and inclusive events all year long. Why? Because supporting ALL humans is a cause we stand behind, full stop.

And if showing up to a market helps us donate to and uplift communities that are targeted or too often under-supported? You bet your ass we’ll be there—with syrup, big ally energy, and absolutely no interest in keeping our support quiet.

If your weekend plans don’t involve spooky vibes, fall shopping, or getting personally acquainted with a new syrup flavor, we have a few suggestions!

Catch us at Market Thursday through Sunday, 7 PM to close. We’ll also be at the @belleplaine.chamber Witches on Main in Belle Plaine Thursday from 4 – 7 PM, then spending Saturday and Sunday at the Fall Craft & Vendor Show in Woodbury, 10 AM – 4 PM. Lastly, wrap up the weekend with us at the Holiday Market in Hastings 10 AM - 4 PM!

Come say hi, sample something delicious, and support some local makers while you’re at it. We’ll be the ones with the mixes. See you this weekend!

TONIGHT. THE WOLVES. THE SEASON OPENER. We are trying to act normal and failing spectacularly.

The Wolves have a shiny new lineup, a whole lot of AntBall potential, and a fresh vibe in the building. The chemistry gremlin has been shipped off, the vibes department has a total refresh, and now we’re ready to see what happens when Ant and LaMelo start sharing the court. Will there be chemistry? Will there be chaos? Will we be yelling at the TV before the first commercial break? All of the above, we bet!

This episode of Gray Duck is called: Holiday Prep!

Featuring: a car packed to the absolute brim with bottles and boxes, questionable rear visibility, and two business owners whispering “we should’ve bought a cargo van” for the 700th time.

That’s right. We’re already preparing for holiday chaos. Somewhere, a normal person is enjoying October. We’re playing syrup Tetris and calculating how many gift boxes can fit where a human passenger once sat. Festive as hell.

But underneath all this ducking nonsense is something we care a whole lot about: where you choose to spend your holiday dollars.

We know money is tight. Being part of your gift budget is a big deal, and we don’t take that lightly. When you shop with a small, local business like ours, your purchase helps us buy ingredients, pay the people who help us, support our family, and keep this wonderfully chaotic little operation going. There are actual humans doing a happy dance over here. One of them probably has packing tape stuck to their pants.

And that bottle? It has plans beyond sitting pretty in a gift bag.

It’s Christmas morning coffee in pajamas. A kitchen-counter cocktail date after the kids go to bed. Friends gathered around saying, “Wait, let me try yours.” A fancy little mocktail for someone who deserves a damn treat.

You’re giving someone something to sip, share, experiment with, and make memories around. An experience, with excellent beverage potential.

So when you’re making your list this year, we hope you’ll leave a little room for the small businesses you love.

We’re certainly making room for you. Mostly by removing everything else from our car. 😂
