We’ve had a lot of questions recently about where Bone & Timber is physically located, so we wanted to clarify.
Bone & Timber Seasoning Company is not currently a retail storefront. We operate as an online business based in Nebraska under a Cottage Food License, which allows us to legally produce and sell approved non-potentially hazardous foods—such as dry seasoning blends and spices—in compliance with Nebraska regulations.
At this time, we do not have a walk-in retail location, but ordering is simple through our website. We are happy to offer:

✅ Local delivery options (when available)
✅ Nationwide U.S. shipping
In addition, our seasonings are also featured on the menu at Goose’s Bar & Grill in Papillion, and we utilize their licensed commercial kitchen to produce our blends in a way that helps ensure we remain fully compliant with all applicable food safety and licensing requirements.
We’d love to have a storefront someday, and it’s definitely something we hope to grow into—but for now, we are proudly online-based with select products available through Goose’s.
