Just a few things we like to put Ogre Battle on… Have you tried this sauce yet? If you’re looking for a hotter verde sauce, look no further! Honestly, it’s been my go to for a good year now! It’s a green habanero based sauce with tamarind, roasted garlic, cucumber, tomatillos, cilantro, a little bit of green reaper, green tea and sea salt. It’s quite versatile and the flavor is out of this world! I like to describe it as Mexican inspired umami. Oh yeah, and it’s named after one of my favorite Queen songs! ❤️🤘🏼Grab yourself a bottle! 🦊🧌🔥🤘🏼

Hey it’s me, Matt - I’m the owner and founder of Funky’s Hot Sauce Factory and Funky’s Foods. Here’s a little video that our local Cascade PBS made about us a couple of years ago. There’s some fun details in here and a little about our history and why I do what I do. I hope you dig it! Cascade PBS Trilby’s BBQ & Seasonings

October…where did you come from? I feel like I was just at the Portland Hot Sauce Expo hangin’ with my homies! Well, here we are and we’ve got a mellower month compared to the last 3! You’ll find us at the Bellingham Farmers Market every Sat from 10-2pm. We’ve got Salmon Days this coming weekend down in Issaquah and that goes all weekend 10/3 & 10/4 from 10-6pm. Later this month you can catch us in Bothell for Crow Fest (hosted by Making Local markets) and then we’ve got a trade mission to Oregon on the 20th and 21st! Plus we’ve got our first holiday market in Tacoma this month as well! When we’re not working markets, we’ll be destemming and processing 1000’s of pounds of chilies!!! Peace, love and keep it Funky y’all! ❤️🌶️🤘🏼
