This was my first year starting dahlias from tubers, and let me tell you what a learning experience it has been!
From rotting tubers (not knowing I had to "wake them up" and wait till they had actual growth to water😅), random cold fronts at start of the season, heavy rains, pests, and so much more.
This tuber was purchased at Walmart. And out of all of the tubers I ordered (even from dahlia growers) the Walmart one was the first to produce blooms!
I am proud to say I have my first official bloom from a dahlia tuber. 🤩 This dahlia variety will forever hold a special place in my heart, because it was the first bloom ever! Arabian Night❤️
