The best sourdough recipe! ft. My husband 🤣
How many outfit changes can one reel have???

I am in no way a sourdough expert, this is just what works best for me and the recipe that works best for my oven and climate (67-68 degrees in the house)

100 g Active Starter
390 g of filtered water
510 g of bread flour
10 g salt

Mix and wait 1 hour
Stretch and folds, wait another hour
Stretch and folds, wait a half hour
Stretch and folds, wait a half hour
Last set of stretch and folds, wait 4-5 hours
Shape and put in the fridge overnight

Preheat oven to 350 degrees with the bread baker in the oven
Once oven is preheated, bake sourdough for 30 minutes with the lid on
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes
Let fully cool on the counter before cutting.
