Pickled red onions are one of our favorite things to eat on salads, sandwiches, burgers, and tacos. We even eat them all by themselves. I created this recipe after some trial and error and believe it is the best. Seasoned with garlic, peppercorns, mustard seed, and Bay leaves, these onions are super flavorful and will make a great addition to whatever your eating.
