We are excited to introduce a new addition to our w**e‑driven lineup: Oloroso Sherry & Vermut Jelly!

This flavor has been in the works for a long time. After much testing, Oloroso sherry was the clear winner for the sherry component of the jelly with its warm, oxidative richness and full‑bodied structure. By pairing the Oloroso with a restrained amount of Spanish rojo classico vermut, known for its botanicals, spice, and gentle bitterness, we found the perfect combination. The vermut lifts the Oloroso’s darker notes, adding complexity without overwhelming the deep sherry flavor.

The result is a jelly that’s made for pairing: layered, aromatic, and a beautiful clear, golden hue. It shines with aged cheeses, charcuterie, roasted nuts, and even savory pastries. We can’t wait for you to taste what happens when Oloroso’s depth meets the botanical intrigue of vermut!

Here we have a small plate with tasty charcuterie and crackers from Spain, assorted cheese & fruit with a glass of sparkling w**e.

Centering the plate is a bowl of our Apricot Sparkling jam, which was created using tasting notes of sparkling w**e. It's made from Apricots, Cherries, Pears, Plums, Grapefruit and a splash of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling W**e.
