Harvest is in full swing!

This corn crop will be used to feed our cattle in the months ahead.

There’s a lot that goes into raising good beef, and it starts long before it ever makes it to your freezer.

Prayers for a safe harvest & good crop for all!

Happy National Farmers Day!

Today we’re feeling extra thankful for our family of farmers who came before us and helped pave the way for our family today. We’re grateful for the hard work, sacrifices, and lessons passed down through the generations.

Farming isn’t always easy, but it’s a life we’re thankful to be a part of. We’re grateful for our family, the Lord’s guidance, and the opportunity to share our beef with you all.

Happy National Farmers Day to all the farm families out there!

There’s a lot we’re proud of around here, but top-tier genetics are definitely high on that list!

We’re proud to partner with Steffview Angus, who has spent years building the herd behind our beef through their careful genetic selection.

You can see it in the stature of these bulls and taste it in the flavor, tenderness and marbling of our beef. Good genetics make a difference, and we’re pretty proud of what we’re raising.

Been a wet few weeks around here. Sure thankful for barns and a place to keep the cows dry. We’re ready for some sunshine!

Last week we had so much fun teaming up with Omahasmileco for a giveaway! The winner got to take home 2 ribeyes, 5 lbs of ground beef, and 2 packages of our beef sticks. 🥩

We love putting together packages like this, and they’re not just for giveaways! Our gift baskets can be customized & make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because.

The work is never quite done around here. No matter the weather there’s always something that needs to be done.

We’re thankful for the guys who work hard and keep our operation moving no matter what day it is.

Happy Labor Day from our family to yours! 🇺🇸

Our herd has spent the last several months out on pasture, grazing on grass and enjoying plenty of room to roam. Now, they’re back at the farm and entering the next phase of our feeding program.

At this stage, their diet transitions to a higher protein & energy ration consisting of quality hay, corn, and silage. This carefully managed feeding program helps support healthy growth and development as they continue on their journey to becoming the Premium beef we’re proud to raise.

Every stage in our feeding program matters. We’re proud to share exactly how our cattle are raised and what goes into producing the beef we bring to your family’s table.
