There’s something about this time of year that makes coffee feel like more than coffee. It’s chilly mornings, football nights, driving with the windows cracked, and finding any excuse to grab something warm and cozy on the way.

I wanted this menu to feel like all of that.

I’ve spent way too much time dreaming up these drinks, changing flavors, testing recipes, and making sure every single one felt worthy of fall at Overflow — and I am SO excited to finally share them with you.

This little coffee business has grown because you all keep showing up, bringing your friends, trying the weird ideas I come up with, and turning seasonal menus into something we get to be excited about together.

So yes… I’m sentimental about a fall menu. 😂 But I’m also VERY serious when I say this one might be our best yet.

Some people just feel woven into childhood, and Dolly is one of them. Her music, her sparkle, and that unmistakable voice have been part of the soundtrack of so many lives.

So for a few days, we’re celebrating her with three drinks that are colorful, sweet, and a little extra — just like Dolly. ✨

🩷 Coat of Many Colors - a Berry Chantilly cold brew with blueberry, strawberry, vanilla & almond, with a multicolor cold foam. City Roastery (our roaster), took home FIRST place at Cold Brew Fest this weekend with this drink! We just added a little extra pizazz with the cold foam 😜

🩷 Backwoods Barbie - a Dolly spin on our customer favorite Cupcake latte! Cupcake, vanilla & white chocolate, with pink icing around the cup, whipped cream, and pink sprinkles.

🩷 Cup of Ambition - the perfect strong drink to fuel your day! A brown sugar & vanilla shaken espresso with an extra shot of espresso, topped with strawberry cold foam.

Available tomorrow through Saturday ONLY, while supplies last.

A quick note before the fall rush hits…

If you’ve seen our morning line lately, you already know: Overflow is growing—and we’re incredibly grateful that so many of you choose to start your day with us.

Because we’re still operating from the trailer without a full drive-thru intercom and menu-board system, the line may take a few extra minutes during our busiest morning rush. We’re working hard to move every order quickly without sacrificing the quality or service you come to us for.

If you’re on a tight schedule, please allow yourself a few extra minutes during peak morning hours. Having your order ready when you reach the window helps us keep the line moving, too!
Our future brick-and-mortar location will give us more room, better systems, a menu board and an intercom—all designed to serve you faster and better.

Until then, thank you for your patience, your loyalty and for helping this small family business grow beyond what we once imagined. We don’t take a single one of you for granted. 🤎
