Run for a Better Oakland RBO hosted a fantastic first ever fundraising Gala in Berkeley and we were honored to partner with them this past Thursday
For nonprofit fundraisers, we intend to support their fundraising efforts -
sometimes this means a sponsor or donated item or nonprofit discount
We also offer adaptable proposals and can be flexible on price point, We priced by platter or bite vs per guest. This allows us to be considerate of the various overhead costs that can add up for full service events.
The client opted to coordinate and rent their own chairs heaters linens and provided their own drinks and bartender. Fine by us !
The Table Catering focused on local food, staff, stationed coffee and tea service and a mix of reusables and compostables.
All in all the catering event order landed at about $45-50 per guest average before tax and service for
- six house made savory apps,
- two house sweet apps,
- team members building fresh health bites on site and keeping up with bussing and supporting the event
- delivery, set up and cleaned up
