I had the chance to take Friday morning off and head out on a little farm adventure hike with my nephews. Two and a half miles later and we had counted 20 Red Efts, found lots and lots and lots of cool mushrooms, stumbled across an old garbage pile with “ancient relics” (according to the 9 year olds) and a deer antler. Super fun to get out in the woods for a bit this time of year. 🍁 🍂

I’m not usually an “up-before-the-sun” kind of person, but occasionally there are days when I’m required to be an early riser. And although I’m a bit sleepy on these mornings, I’ll never take for granted this early morning views.

Up and at it early this morning so we can head to the Sundays Ithaca Farmers Market and the Sunday Binghamton Farmers Market. 🐽 🐖 🐷 Stop by for some amazing local groceries!

We’ll have a very limited amount of fresh chicken today at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market! (And hopefully tomorrow at the Ithaca Farmers Market and the Binghamton Farmers Market — but no guarantee!). Stop by to pick some up while we’ve got it!
