Several people have asked how we cook the different cuts of beef. So, we thought we would start sharing some of our family favorites.
Here is one that is a springtime must: rib steak and asparagus.
Towel-dried steak, light sprinkle of salt and pepper, and a hot grill do the rest.
Asparagus goes right along side, a little oil and light seasoning to taste. It tastes like sunshine after a long winter.
Quick.
Easy.
Simple.
Always Fresh.
