I smoked this one on the Green Egg and then finished it with a reverse sear over the flames. It came out fantastic!

Oh, and by the way—we’re fully stocked back up with our American Wagyu beef!

The first group off cattle are done, and now we’re waiting on the second group’s to pull blood!

We’ll have to set a few back up to AI in a couple of weeks, but that’s just part of the process. You don’t get a 100% conception rate every time, and that’s to be expected.
