Growing up, flan was one of my favorite street snacks. I loved having it over crushed ice with a little Vietnamese coffee poured on top, so I wanted to bring that childhood favorite into a tiramisu.

Layers of flan with coffee caramel, Vietnamese coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and Kahlúa mascarpone cream.

A little childhood favorite in tiramisu form. Hope you give this one a try!

Chilled. 🤍

A lot has happened these last couple months, in the best way. So many new opportunities, new people, and connections I never expected.

We also passed 5K! I know numbers are just numbers, but seeing more of you here keeps me motivated. Thank you for being here and supporting Ngọt. 🥹

It’s been nonstop lately, so we’re taking the next two weeks off to slow down, spend time with family, and recharge.

Pearl District Culinary Farmers Market through my son’s lens. 📸

We went on a little color & flavor hunt around the market🌈

One of my favorite parts about Sundays is wandering around with my son, meeting other vendors, and finding inspiration for future tiramisu flavors. It’s been so fun watching this market grow and discovering someone new almost every week we were there.

We don’t have a storefront (yet 🤞), so having a place where people come back looking for us means more than you know. Hearing, “See you in two weeks!” always warms my heart.

We’ll be taking the rest of August off so my little photographer can enjoy the rest of his summer before school starts. We’ll be back in September with fall flavors and more market adventures. 🍂

Sweet Corn Tiramisu is back! 🌽💛

I introduced our Sweet Corn Tiramisu last year. Along with all the love, I also got some honest feedback. You wanted the sweet corn flavor to come through more, and the cornflake crumble on top didn’t stay crunchy once it was refrigerated.

This year’s version has a deeper sweet corn flavor and a miso caramel drizzle. That little bit of salty-sweet contrast really helps the corn stand out without overpowering it.

I really hope you enjoy this updated version. And if you try it, I’d love to hear what you think. Your feedback is a big part of how these flavors keep getting better. 💛
