Even on a rainy day she’s just the prettiest thing. Stay tuned for a field walk in my stories (just as soon as I get home - after I swing by for another milkshake 🤷🏻‍♀️) & I’ll show you what I got growing!

& we’ve extended our pop-up at .lino for another week due to HIGH DEMAND! It will be available until next Sunday - if you stop by outside of business hours scan the QR code to pay. I’ll be restocking every morning. If you want to pay with cash you’ll have to do so during business hours - Thu/Fri 8-2 & Sat 9-2! Thank you Bethlehem for all your support. The farm may be in Emmaus but as a Bethlehem resident it really makes me so stoked to see our neighbors & community supporting small business! I said to last night “I wish I could find an acre of land right in Bethlehem city to buy & farm”. This whole thing (“thing” being my farm business) started as a “Covid hobby” in my backyard & just kept growing until eventually I applied to (pun absolutely intended). What an absolute dream this has been. So when I say I am grateful I mean I am GRATEFUL. 🙏🏼

Stoked on these lettuce mixes I will be dropping off at .lino tomorrow (I just got them potted up)! Each four pack includes a green butter Salanova, red butter Salanova, Bibb & my favorite, the spotted trout romaine from that I haven’t s**u about since I got it!

Grab one or two or ten tomorrow 8-2pm or Saturday 9-2pm & I’ll be dropping some off some potted flowers from too!

It’s the final week to join the 2026 Gnar Garden CSA! 📢 Last season I kept it open but we have already more than DOUBLED the amount of members that we had last year & my number one priority is quality over quantity. I want everyone to be thrilled every week with their share so I made the decision to put a limit on how many members we have. I say “we”, but let’s be honest: this is a one woman show 99% of the time. So please, if you’ve been throwing around the idea of joining jump over to thegnargarden.com (link in bio) & do so today!

We have three options for pickup & offer both small & large share sizes. If you’re unsure if you can commit to a full season we also offer a three week “flex” share & a payment plan option if paying all up front isn’t feasible!

Thank you for supporting the Gnar Garden! This season is going to rule. I’m pretty sure the strawberries & garlic scapes will be ready for week one which is such a rad kick off! Plus the most beautiful bok choi, radishes & lettuce you’ve ever seen! I can’t wait🍓🧄🥬

If you would have told me 16 years ago I would be this stoked to get my first triaxle delivery of compost I would have laughed in your face & done another shot of whiskey before bullying the jukebox at my local dive bar, cigarette in hand.

It’s ’s birthday! 🎉 I offered to pay for our Thai Kitchen (best Thai food in the Valley) to celebrate which means he 1. Called it in & 2. Drove to pick it up & I laid in bed (which is a mattress on our living room floor here since our dog came home from emergency intestinal surgery). 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyway, I just got the push notification that the charge went through & gasped because I forgot I ordered myself 2 entrees & a mango sticky rice. LOL.

Anyway, wish The Gnar Garden’s 2025 employee of the year a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
