Summer is upon us, which also means it's vacation time. Sometimes it can be hard to find ways to exercise when there are no gyms easily accessible, but it doesn't have to be. Going on a run, bike ride, hike, swim, or even kayaking can be a great way to move your body on vacation. You can also invest in a workout class or do a body weight workout in your hotel or airbnb.

It is also totally okay to take a whole week or two off from exercising. Taking a break can give your muscles and your motivation a chance to rebuild! A rest week can also help prevent injuries from over working your body.

We'll be grilling up three different specials for you this week:
